June ’23 – Heritage Project

June was a very productive month for the Heritage project as we began delving into the preparations for the Heritage Lets Not Forget Event!

This event will celebrate the heritage of Mary Seacole Housing Association, Mary Seacole as inspiration and Desline Stewart MBE, her contribution to the community and service to the homeless. We checked out one of Luton’s most awesome venues which also has its very own great History and retains its original name “The Hat Factory” and further preparations from catering to music and a documentary screening were also made.

Head back over to the main page to look at other months for this project.
