April ’23 – Heritage Project

Heritage Event At The Hat Factory in Luton

For the month of April, the Heritage Project has been focusing on the planning of the Heritage event that will be taking place on September 20th 2023 at the Hat factory.

Project participants have been involved in the planning of this event, they have supported to create menus, agendas, workshop stations and have also supported to set up an Eventbrite booking system where people can pre-book a space to attend.

Project participants will continue to help plan the event over the next few months. Participating in this area of the project has given the participant the experience of creating and running an event. It has also raised awareness of Mary Seacole’s and Mary Seacole Housing Associations’ Heritage.
