This March the Heritage Project staff have been working alongside a group of project participants to create a heritage board game. We decided to do this to create a fun learning tool that people can use to explore Luton’s Heritage.
Participants were all involved in the idea and all aspects of the design of the board. The participants used local Wards to create a monopoly board and the question on the chance and Community chest cards to highlight Luton’s heritage.
All participants stated that the workshop was extremely enjoyable and that they were looking forward to seeing people have the opportunity to learn Heritage using this fun method.
