Our chat line for young people, launched in 2021, aimed to provide a safe and supportive platform for adolescents to seek guidance, connect with peers, and access resources on various topics related to Child exploitation via advice and Counselling Provision. The interventions involved an innovative approach via a chat line that is opened 12 hours a day between 12 pm and 8 pm Mon – Fri. With trained moderators and counselors, we fostered a nurturing environment where young individuals could express themselves freely and receive assistance tailored to their needs. Through this service, we aimed to empower young people and promote their well-being in today’s digital age. Through the service, we supported and signposted over 500 young people and had over 2000 unique visitors to the site.
